Ingredients:⠀

  • chicken egg – 2 pcs.
  • cottage cheese 5-9% – 500 g
  • sugar or sugar substitute – 20 g
  • semolina – 50 g
  • coconut flakes – 60 g
  • olive oil – 5 ml

Preparation:⠀

Set the oven to 160-180 degrees, and prepare the necessary equipment, you will need a mixer and a spoon.

Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer until they are stiff. If you like it sweeter, just increase the amount of sugar to 50-100 grams.

Add the cottage cheese, continue to beat with a mixer, and add a couple of drops of oil.

Pour in the semolina and coconut flakes - continue beating.⠀

Using a spoon, put the same cheesecakes on a baking sheet (covered with baking paper).⠀

Bake for about 30 minutes.⠀

In the convection mode at 180 degrees, it burns a little, it is better to set 160, and after turning off, let them stand for another 10 minutes.
