Fish cutlets with broccoli: a juicy dish that even children will like
Not everyone likes fish cutlets. However, if you cook this dish correctly, even children will like it, and adults will ask for more.
A food blogger with the nickname tania_sheremet_ shared a recipe for fish cutlets on her Instagram. She explained how to make them juicy and extremely tender by adding just one secret ingredient.
Ingredients
- fish fillet - 500 gr
- onion - 1 pc
- eggs - 2 pcs
- mozzarella - 100 gr
- whole wheat flour - 2-3 tbsp
- broccoli - 300 g
- herbs
- salt
- pepper
- favorite spices
Method of preparation
1. Cut fish fillet and onion into pieces.
2. Boil broccoli for 3 minutes, remove from water and cool.
3. Put all three ingredients in a blender and blend in several stages.
4. Put the resulting mass into a bowl, add grated cheese, eggs, whole wheat flour, herbs, salt, pepper and spices to taste. Mix everything.
5. Form patties, put them on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 185 degrees.
