This cheesecake is much easier to prepare than many cakes. You don't have to knead the dough for it, because it's based on ordinary cookies. Everything is as simple as possible.

The idea of making coconut cheesecake was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Irina with the nickname ir.uschp. To make the curd mass thick enough, this dessert is ideal for family tea parties.

Ingredients for the base:

  • flour – 150 g
  • sugar – 150 g
  • butter – 125 g

Ingredients for the cheese layer:

  • Philadelphia – 125 g
  • sugar – 100 g
  • Raffaello candies – 8 pcs.
  • corn starch – 20 g
  • eggs – 3 pcs.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix everything for the base (the oil should be cold).

2. Put it on the bottom of the mold.

3. Spread evenly.

4. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

5. For the cheese layer, combine all the ingredients in a blender.

6. Pour the mixture onto the base and place in the oven for 40 minutes.

7. After baking, let rest in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
