Easy vegetable ratatouille with sauce: a recipe for a delicious dinner dish

Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- zucchini - 2 pcs.
- eggplant - 2 pcs.
- bell pepper - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- olive oil - 1/2 tbsp.
- salt/pepper/sugar - to taste
- chopped tomatoes - 400 g
- rosemary - 1 sprig
Method of preparation:
1. Dice onion and pepper and fry them in olive oil. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
2. Cut tomatoes, zucchini, and eggplant into rings.
3. Assemble the dish: put the prepared sauce on the bottom of the mold, alternating the rings of vegetables on top. Drizzle with olive oil and add rosemary.
4. Cover with foil and cook the ratatouille at 180 C for 60 minutes.
