The idea of cooking baked turkey fillet with vegetables is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Ilona with the nickname thefoodhub.by_ilona. Ripe and juicy mango will perfectly complement the taste of these ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • turkey fillet - 500 g
  • 1 ripe mango
  • broccoli - 300 g
  • cashew nuts - 70 g
  • 6 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. sesame oil (can be replaced with olive or sunflower oil)
  • 1.5 tsp. grated ginger root
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • favorite spices, mine are "for grilled vegetables" and "vegetables and herbs"

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the turkey fillet into cubes.

2. Divide broccoli into florets, cut mango into cubes.

3. Pour all of this into a bowl, add nuts, soy sauce, oil, grated ginger, salt (don't overdo it with salt, because soy sauce will already add saltiness), pepper and spices.

4. Transfer to a baking dish.

5. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
