Easier than a pie: a delicious yeast dough pie with julienne for a snack
Homemade pies can be made from different doughs and with different fillings. The most successful dough is yeast. For the filling, you can use mushrooms, rice, fish, meat, minced meat, and vegetables.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious and satisfying chicken and cheese pie.
Ingredients:
- warm milk – 200 ml
- sugar – 2 tsp
- yeast – 20 g
- salt – 1 tsp
- egg – 1 pc.
- oil – 40 g
- flour – 460 g
The filling:
- mushrooms
- onion
- cottage cheese
- sour cream
- starch
Method of preparation:
1. Dip: pour warm milk, add 2 tsp of sugar and salt, 2 tbsp of flour, mix, and cover with foil.
2. Dough: add the dough, egg, and butter to the flour, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and leave to rise.
3. Fry the mushrooms and onions, add sour cream and 2 tsp of starch, mix well. Add grated cheese and fillet, and mix well.
4. Roll out the dough and put it into the mold, add the filling. Cover with dough and brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake the cake until it's done!
