Diet fish cutlets without bread: even children will like them
Fish is a very valuable product that should be in everyone's diet. It is especially useful for children. But kids often refuse to eat fish because of its specific taste. Therefore, the best solution is to cook cutlets.
The idea of making delicious fish cutlets without bread for children was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname blw.babies. Hake or cod is suitable for the products.
Ingredients:
- 150-200 g of fish (you can use hake, cod)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 medium carrot
- spices to taste (dry garlic, dill, parsley)
Cooking method:
1. Carefully check the fish fillets for bones and put them in a blender.
2. Add raw carrots, cut into pieces.
3. Separate the yolk and add it to the fish.
4. Add some spices.
5. Blend everything in a blender until smooth.
6. Make cutlets (8 pieces).
7. Steam the cutlets or stew in a frying pan.
8. Stew: fry on both sides in ghee until golden brown, pour water, cover and simmer for 13-15 minutes.
9. If cooking in a slow cooker, select the desired mode.
