Dessert with caramelized bananas: a simple but exquisite dish
Here is a recipe for a light dessert with caramelized bananas. This dish is very light and has an unusual flavor.

Ingredients
- bananas - 3 pcs
- water - 60 ml
- sugar - 60 gr
- lemon juice - 15 gr
- butter - 25 gr
- cottage cheese - 400 g
- gelatin - 20 g + 100 ml of water for the chocolate layer
- milk chocolate - 100 g + 80 g 20% cream
- gelatin - 5 g + 25 ml of water
The way of preparation
1. Pour water into a frying pan, add sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add banana slices, pour lemon juice over them, and cook, stirring occasionally.
3. When the bananas are soft, add butter and stir.
4. Mix bananas with cottage cheese and blend until smooth.
5. Pour water over gelatin and leave to thicken.
6. Add it to the curd mass. Stir, pour into a convenient mold and refrigerate until it hardens.
7. Prepare the second layer. Pour water over gelatin and leave to swell.
8. Melt chocolate in a water bath, add cream and let it cool slightly.
9. Add gelatin, mix and pour the second layer into the mold.
10. Leave to harden and serve.
