Ingredients:

• liver - 200 g
• flour - 2 tbsp
• egg - 1 pc.
• onion - 1 pc.
• salt, pepper, spices - to taste
• milk - 1 cup
• oil - 1 tbsp.
• starch - 1 tsp.
• mayonnaise

Method of preparation:

1. Beat a little egg, add the ground liver, salt, pepper, spices. Add flour, oil, starch, and mix.

2. Fry the pancakes.

3. Spread mayonnaise on the pancakes.
