Delicious homemade cheesecake in chocolate glaze for tea: better than any cake
Homemade chocolate-covered cheesecake is much better than any cake. For this dessert, you don't need to knead different types of dough, wait for them to rise, or roll out the cakes. Everything is as quick and delicious as possible.
The idea of making a delicious homemade chocolate-covered cheesecake was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname recepty_przepisy. The center is very tender.
Ingredients:
- soft cottage cheese – 700 g
- eggs – 3 pcs.
- sugar – 130 g
- vanilla sugar – 1 tsp.
- corn starch – 35 g
- sour cream – 100 g
- melted butter – 100 g
- candied orange – 50 g
- raisins – 150 g
Ingredients for the glaze:
- milk chocolate – 160 g
- cream 33% – 60-70 g
Method of preparation:
1. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, starch, and melted cold butter to the cottage cheese (all ingredients should be at room temperature).
2. After that, use an immersion blender to beat until smooth and homogeneous.
3. Add the candied fruit and raisins (soak them in boiling water and dry them on a paper towel), then mix.
4. Put the mass in a rectangular shape covered with parchment. The parchment can be lightly greased with vegetable oil and flattened.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for an hour until tender, and cool.
6. Glaze: pour cream to the chocolate pieces, heat, and melt until smooth.
7. Grease the cheesecake on the top and sides, and put it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
