Delicious French omelet in 5 minutes: when you're tired of scrambled eggs
If you think every morning about what you can cook for breakfast quickly and deliciously, besides the usual scrambled eggs, then a French omelet can save the day. It differs from the classic omelet in that it is rolled into a roll during the cooking process. You can serve the omelet with a variety of vegetables, sprinkle with your favorite spices, or wrap the filling. French omelet with cheese is extremely tasty.

Ingredients:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- hard cheese - 1-2 slices
- butter - 25-30 g
- salt - a pinch
- ground black pepper
- spinach (or other greens)
Method of preparation:
1. Break eggs into a bowl, add salt and mix with a fork or whisk until smooth.
2. Cut the hard cheese into thin strips.
3. Melt the butter in a frying pan and pour in the eggs.
4. Fry the omelet for 1 minute and carefully roll the omelet into a roll, wrapping the strips of cheese.
5. Sprinkle the finished omelet with spices and serve with greens.
