Nutritionist Svetlana Fus shared on Facebook a recipe for delicious sauerkraut cutlets with onions and oatmeal.
Cutlet recipe
Ingredients:
- Sauerkraut - 100 g
- oat flakes - 20 g
- onion - 40 g
- egg - 1 pc
- spices - to taste
- olive oil to grease the forms
- sour cream for serving - 30 ml
Method of preparation:
Mix oat flakes with the egg and leave for five minutes. Then add finely chopped onion and sauerkraut, be sure to squeeze the brine.
Basis for cutlets
2. Add the spices and mix the batter well.
3. Shape the cutlets by hand and place them on a baking tray greased with olive oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 C in the oven.
How to cook sauerkraut cutlets
Serve the cutlets with sour cream and greens, they will be very tasty!
