Delicious chops in a new way for lunch: how to make the dish more satisfying
Chops are a great dish for lunch. They are a good complement to any side dish and you can really get enough of them. But you can make the classic version even more satisfying by putting tomatoes and cheese on top of the meat.
The idea of cooking hearty chops for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Katia with the nickname katia_cooking_ . After frying the chops, you need to bake them in the oven to make them very juicy.
Ingredients:
- Pork fillets - 4 pcs.
- eggs - 2 pcs
- flour
- water
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- tomatoes - 2 pcs medium
- any cheese - 300 g
- oil for frying
- spices for meat
Method of preparation:
1. Pound the meat well.
2. Put the pieces in cold water with salt and pepper.
3. Let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
4. Chop the tomatoes, grate the cheese.
5. Beat 2 eggs with a fork.
6. Take out the meat, do not dry it.
7. Sprinkle with spices, roll in flour.
8. Dip in egg and fry on both sides until cooked (2 minutes on both sides).
9. Then put on a baking sheet covered with parchment, make a grid of mayonnaise.
10. Add tomatoes, a little more mayonnaise, and sprinkle generously with cheese.
11. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
