Crispy nut cookies in 20 minutes: perfect dessert for tea
Healthy walnuts are a great base for home baking, namely crispy and flavorful cookies. The dough for walnut cookies can be made with butter, sour cream, and even kefir. It is moderately crumbly and has a delicate flavor.
Food blogger Myroslava Shevchenko, known as myroslava_sheva, shared a recipe for walnut cookies with butter on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- butter - 300 g
- walnuts - 150 g
- sugar - 100 g
- flour - 350 g
- powdered sugar (for decoration)
Method of preparation:
1. First, you need to grind nuts in a blender to a state of flour.
2. Separately, beat soft butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Mix the nut and butter mass, adding sifted flour. Knead the dough. The dough should not be elastic. When ready, it should resemble a thick oily mass.
4. Make small balls and place them on parchment at some distance.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
6. Sprinkle hot cookies with powdered sugar if desired.
