Crispy chocolate chip cookies with water: the recipe for the perfect and easiest dough
Children are very fond of sweets and cookies, but experts do not recommend giving them sweets until they are 3 years old. They also advise to prepare sweets for children without sugar, replacing it with honey, adding berries, fruits, and nuts.
Cook Anastasia shared a recipe for delicious, crispy shortbread cookies with chocolate chips on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- butter - 200 g
- Chicken eggs
- powdered sugar - 140 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- flour - 400 g
- vanilla sugar - a pinch
- salt - a pinch
Filling:
- dark chocolate - 1 bar
Method of preparation:
1. Mix soft butter with powdered sugar, salt, and egg yolks.
2. Add the sifted flour, vanilla, and baking powder, knead the dough, and pour in 1-2 tbsp of water.
3. Gather the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
4. Divide the finished dough into 2 parts, roll each one out, and sprinkle with half the chopped chocolate. Use a rolling pin to "walk" through the chocolate.
5. Using a mold, squeeze out the cookies, place them on a baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes at 190°C.
Allow the cookies to cool completely, they will become crispy after cooling.
