Cottage cheese casserole without flour and sugar: how to make a healthy dish

Cottage cheese casserole is a great option for a hearty breakfast or snack. But to make it healthy, you shouldn't use classic flour and sugar.

The idea of making a delicate cottage cheese casserole without flour and sugar was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Natalia Tatarintseva (tatarintseva.kot). The dish is made with ryazhenka.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 300 gr (25%)
  • ryazhenka - 3 tbsp
  • one egg
  • dried apricots - 100 g (pour boiling water for 15 minutes), can be replaced with another dried fruit if desired

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the dried apricots.

2. Add to the cheese.

3. Pour in the ryazhenka.

4. Add the egg.

5. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a fork.

6. Put in a mold on parchment and bake for 2 minutes at 180 degrees.
