Cottage cheese casserole can be an ideal healthy and satisfying snack for a child. This dish is very nutritious and can even replace dessert. But it should not contain high-calorie flour or white sugar. These ingredients can be replaced with cornstarch and coconut flakes.

The idea of making a children's cottage cheese casserole without flour and sugar was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Polina Yaremenko (poline_yaremenko).

Ingredients:

  • cheese in a briquette – 150 g
  • cottage cheese – 3 tbsp.
  • eggs – 1 pc.
  • corn starch – 2 tbsp.
  • coconut flakes – 1 tbsp.
  • berries to your taste

Method of preparation:

1. Add the egg, cottage cheese, starch, and coconut to the cottage cheese.

2. Mix everything well.

3. You can also beat with a blender. Then add the berries and mix again.

4. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
