Cabbage pies cooked in a frying pan: they will not be greasy
Pies can be made from yeast dough as well as from puff pastry. It is worth noting that they can be cooked both in the oven and in a frying pan.

Ingredients:
- flour - 2.5 tbsp.
- warm water - 0.5 tbsp.
- boiling water - 0.5 tbsp.
- salt - 1 tsp.
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
The filling:
- fresh cabbage - 1 small head
- carrots - 1 pc.
- onion - 1-2 pcs.
- tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l.
- salt - 1 tsp.
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- ground pepper - to taste
- paprika - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Fry chopped onions and carrots in vegetable oil, add finely chopped cabbage, tomato paste, salt, sugar, paprika and pepper. Stir and fry until the cabbage is tender and soft. Let cool.
2. For the dough, dissolve the yeast in half a glass of warm water, add sugar and 1 tbsp of flour. Stir and set aside for 10 minutes until a "cap" forms.
3. Add salt, oil, and half the flour to the prepared dough. Knead the dough.
4. Next, add boiling water and the remaining flour, then knead the dough with your hands. Divide the dough into 14 pieces, shape into balls, roll each one out, and put the filling in. Form pies and fry over medium heat until cooked.
