Better than cutlets and chops: how to cook juicy kruchenyky with a filling in the oven
Pork is a very juicy and satisfying meat. Therefore, if you have a piece of perfect loin, do not twist it into minced meat. It will be much better to make baked kruchenyky with a filling – they will turn out to be lean.
The idea of making pork kruchenyky in the oven was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna with the nickname _fil.anna_. The filling is ordinary processed cheese and herbs.
Ingredients:
- pork
- processed cheese
- dill
- water
- cream
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Add chopped dill to the melted cheese.
2. Mash with a fork.
3. Cut the pork into flat slices.
4. Beat off on both sides.
5. Rub with spices (salt, pepper mixture, granulated garlic).
6. Grease with the filling, and roll up.
7. Cut into two parts.
8. Fold it into a form.
9. Add the filling: water + cream or fatty sour cream 1:1 + salt, pepper, spices.
10. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for an hour.
