These dumplings will not stick together and will be juicy. That's because you need to cook them in a frying pan. The dish turns out delicious if you add a lot of sour cream and cheese.
The idea of cooking fried dumplings was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Sofia with the nickname gubenia.sofiia. The dumplings are fried for a maximum of 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- frozen dumplings - 1 kg
- sour cream - 3 tbsp
- ketchup - 2 tbsp
- water - 150 ml
- hard cheese - 100 g
- salt, pepper, paprika
Method of preparation:
1. Put a spoonful of oil in a preheated frying pan.
2. Add dumplings.
3. Stir occasionally until golden brown
4. Add spices.
5. Stir again.
6. Add sour cream, water and ketchup.
7. Stir and cover with a lid.
8. After 5 minutes, sprinkle with cheese and cover for 2 minutes.
