If you want to make a hearty lasagna very quickly, replace the traditional dough with regular pita bread. You don't have to knead anything. You just need to put all the ingredients in layers and bake.

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of pita bread
- 600 g of minced meat
- 4 chicken eggs
- 150 g of hard cheese
- 150 ml of milk
- 250 g of mushrooms
- 100 g of carrots
- 200 g of tomatoes
- 100 g of onions
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp. suneli hops
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric
- 1 tsp. dry ground garlic

1. Add salt and spices to the minced meat.
2. Cut the carrots into strips.

3. Dice the onion, mushrooms and tomatoes, fry in vegetable oil, add spices and chopped herbs.
4. Add the minced meat, mix and remove from the stove.

5. For the filling, beat the eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
6. Cut the pita bread to the size of the baking dish.

7. Grease the bottom of the baking dish with vegetable oil and place the pita bread on it.
