Juicy apple filling, crispy crumbly dough and a scoop of creamy ice cream. The right combination of these ingredients creates an incredible apple crumble.

A food blogger with the nickname kathycoooks told us how to make apple crumble so that it turns out to be perfect. She shared a detailed recipe on her Instagram.

Ingredients

  • Apples - 2 pcs
  • Sugar for apples - 2 tbsp.
  • Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • Flour - 120 g
  • Sugar for crumbs - 100 gr
  • Cold butter - 80 gr
  • Ice cream
  • Caramel topping

Method of preparation

1. Finely chop the apples, and add sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon. Mix well.

2. In a deep bowl, grind the flour, sugar and cold butter into crumbs.

3. Put the apples in the baking dish first and add the crumbs on top.

4. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.

5. Put a scoop of ice cream on top of the warm crumble and drizzle with caramel.
