A light version of carbonara pasta that every housewife can cook: step-by-step recipe

Pasta carbonara is one of the favorite recipes of millions of people. Every housewife prepares this dish according to her own recipe, slightly modifying the original one.

Food blogger Lyubov Prymak did the same. On Instagram, she shared a lightweight recipe for making carbonara pasta that will appeal to everyone and won't require much effort.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti - 250 gr
  • Brisket - 200 gr
  • Cream - 33% of the total
  • Parmesan cheese - 80 gr
  • Chicken egg yolks - 4 pcs
  • Garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • Black pepper

Method of preparation

1. Boil the spaghetti for a few minutes less than indicated on the package.

2. Add grated Parmesan cheese, cream and pepper to the yolks.

3. Cut the brisket into pieces and fry with garlic.

4. Add a ladle of water to the brisket, in which the pasta was cooked.

5. Put the spaghetti in a frying pan. Add the sauce and mix well.

6. Put the dish on a plate and spread the raw yolk on top.
