Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and it gives you a boost of energy for several hours. Experts recommend eating eggs, cottage cheese, vegetables, cereals, and fish for breakfast. However, very often, due to lack of time, people neglect breakfast, replacing it with quick snacks in the form of cookies, sandwiches, or even drinks, which is extremely harmful to the body.
Nutritionist Anastasia Goloborodko shared on Instagram 10 ideas for healthy and tasty breakfasts that don't require cooking, but rather just assembling.
10 options:
1. Sardines in oil, linseed bread, olives, hummus, and arugula.
