Zucchini kebab in 5 minutes: an easy option for a delicious dinner
Kebabs in the classic version is always made of meat - pork, chicken, veal, lamb. But if you don't eat meat, a great alternative is seasonal healthy vegetables that can be used to make kebabs in just 10 minutes.
Culinarian Alena shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious zucchini kebab with cheese that would be easy while still being a perfect dinner option.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1-2 pcs.
- ricotta cheese - 100 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Slice zucchini into slices. Salt and pepper.
2. Place a piece of cheese inside and roll up.
3. Thread the rolls onto the skewers very carefully.
4. Cook on the grill until tender.
