Zucchini casserole with cheese and greens for dinner: quick to make

Vegetable casseroles are the perfect healthy summer dish to eat for lunch and dinner. You can add chicken fillet, cheese or fish to make the dish more filling.
Cook Tetiana shared a recipe on Instagram for a zucchini casserole with cheese and herbs that would make a great dinner dish.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 2 pcs.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- milk - 50 ml
- feta cheese or brynza - 150 gr
- flour - 100 g
- oregano - 1 tsp.
- dill and chives
Method of preparation:
1. Grate zucchini on a coarse grater.
2. Add eggs, milk, crumbled cheese, chopped greens, a little salt, pepper, oregano. Mix everything thoroughly. Add flour and mix again.
3. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, place the dough and bake for 40 minutes at 180 C.
