"Wrinkled" pie without dough with figs and camembert: a recipe for an original and light dessert
Autumn is the season of delicious and healthy figs, which contain the enzyme ficin, which thins the blood and normalizes the heartbeat, and the fruit is also rich in potassium, which has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system and reduces the risk of heart attacks, strokes, and varicose veins. Experts recommend eating figs raw, as they will be most beneficial. It can also be added to baked goods, cakes, jam, and dried. But it is worth knowing that, according to experts, the safe rate of both fresh and dried figs is no more than 2-3 fruits per day.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious pie made from phyllo dough, figs and cheese, which is very light and tender.
Ingredients:
- phyllo dough - 6 sheets
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- cream 30% - 300 g
- camembert
- figs - 5 pcs.
- rosemary, thyme
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Put the phyllo dough in the mold.
2. Put the cheese and sliced figs.
3. Pour over the eggs with cream, salt and pepper.
4. Sprinkle with herbs and bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 C until golden brown.
Take the cake out and let it cool slightly so that the filling "sets".
