Eggs are a very useful and valuable product, they have a lot of essential vitamins and trace elements. Eggs can be used to prepare many different dishes, from omelets to salads, sauces and appetizers.
Cook Svetlana shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and quick breakfast dish of bacon, mushrooms, cheese and tomatoes.
Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Bacon/sausage/ham
- Champignons
- Tomatoes
- Green onions
- Hard cheese
- Spices
Method of preparation:
1. Whisk eggs with spices.
2. Slice mushrooms, bacon at random, tomato slices and fry.
3. Pour in egg mixture and sprinkle with cheese, cover and cook for a few minutes. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
