Chicken cutlets can be made with cheese, herbs, corn, mushrooms, and fried onions. You don't even need to put the cutlet fillets through a meat grinder, just chop them with a knife.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious chicken cutlets with mushrooms, mayonnaise, and onions on Instagram.
Tip. To keep the cutlets in shape, add mushrooms to the base!
Ingredients:
- fillet - 500 g
- mushrooms - 500 g
- onion - 1 pc
- dill
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
- flour - 4-5 tbsp.
- seasoning for chicken
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut fillets, mushrooms and onions into cubes. Marinate the meat in seasoning and set aside.
2. Fry onion until golden brown, add the mushrooms and transfer to the fillet. Mix. Add eggs, flour, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix again.
3. Form patties and cook under the lid.
