Ingredients:
- White turnip - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Beetroot - 1 pc.
- Viburnum - 100 g
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Oil - 1.5 tbsp.
- Greens - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the turnips, carrots and beets, let them cool, peel and cut into squares, and put them in a bowl.
2. Mash the viburnum, strain through a sieve, add sugar, and leave it for a while. Then add to the vegetables, drizzle with oil, and mix the salad.
