Venice salad: how to make a delicious dish
Vegetable salads are the best dish for a festive table and for everyone. You can use any ingredients for the base, both fresh and boiled, baked vegetables. If you want the dish to be more filling, add fish, fillet, liver, and you can use butter, yogurt, homemade mayonnaise for dressing.
Cook Yulia shared on Instagram a recipe for a hearty and quick-to-prepare Venice salad made with chicken, Korean carrots and cheese.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
- fresh cucumber - 3 pcs.
- Korean carrots - 200 g
- hard cheese - 200 g
- corn - 1 b
- garlic - 2 cloves.
- mayonnaise - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the chicken fillet, cut into cubes.
2. Cut the cucumbers into strips. Grate the cheese and garlic on a coarse grater.
3. Assemble the salad: put all the ingredients in a bowl, add the mayonnaise, squeeze the garlic, mix and eat.
Garnish with greens if desired!
