Ingredients:

  • Hake – 500 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Water – 50 ml
  • Flour – 4.5 tbsp.
  • Salt, and black pepper to taste
  • Oil

Method of preparation:

1. Batter: beat eggs with salt and pepper, add flour, water, and mix.

2. Cut the fish, and remove all bones and fins.

3. Dredge the fish in flour, then dip it in the batter and fry.
