Homemade cookies can be made with different flours, as well as almond chips, coconut flakes, and even pita bread.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious peanut butter cookies that takes only 15 minutes to make on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- flour - 60-70 g
- peanut butter - 5 tbsp.
- whites of 1 egg
- coconut oil - 1 tsp.
- sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough.
2. Shape into small balls with your hands and place 4 cm apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
3. Press each ball down with the bottom of a glass and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.
