Thick cherry jam in 20 minutes from 2 ingredients: the easiest and most successful recipe
Cherry jam is a dish almost every hostess can make. If you want the jam to be thicker, do not add extra ingredients, only sugar and cherries.
- cherries - 1 kg
- sugar - 4 cups
Method of preparation:
1. Add a cup of sugar to the cherries and put on fire. Cook for 5 minutes on a fairly high heat after bolilng. It should be active.
2. Then add another cup of sugar, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Pour the third and fourth cup of sugar.
4. Pour the jam into sterile jars and seal tightly.
