They won't fall apart and burn: we tell you how to cook fish cutlets in a crispy batter
Fish is an essential product for the body. Experts recommend eating any fish 2-3 times a week. It is best to eat it baked, boiled, and not fried. It is worth noting that the healthiest fish is budget herring, which, unlike other types of fish, contains the most omega-3 fatty acids, which protects the heart and blood vessels.
Cook Svitlana shared a recipe on Instagram for juicy fish cakes that won't burn, won't fall apart, and will have a crispy crust.
