Cook Anna shared a recipe for delicious pancakes with cottage cheese, which are cooked in the oven and are very soft and flavorful, on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 400 ml milk
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 1.5 tbsp. sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp. oil
Filling:
- 350 g of cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- vanilla
- 30 g of butter
Method of preparation:
1. For the batter, mix eggs, milk, flour, butter, sugar, vanilla and salt. Beat with a blender until smooth.
2. Fry the pancakes and cut each into 4 pieces.
3. For the filling, mix cottage cheese with sugar and egg. Add vanilla.
5. Put the filling, wrap each pancake, put in a mold and brush with butter. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 C under foil.
