Ingredients:
- minced meat - 500 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- potatoes - 3-5 pcs.
- sour cream - 200 g
- cheese - 200 g
- mustard - 1 tsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Mix minced meat with salt and pepper and put it on the bottom of a baking dish.

2. Finely chop the onion and put minced meat on top.

3. Grate potatoes on a coarse grater, season with salt and place on top.
4. Mix sour cream with spices and mustard, pour over the potatoes, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
