Pancakes can be made with a variety of fillings, starting with salty ones, such as mushrooms, potatoes, cabbage, as well as cheese with spices, fish, and meat. For the sweet filling, cottage cheese, berries, and nutella are good choices.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious cottage cheese pancakes with herbs on Instagram, which will be very satisfying.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs
- salt - 0.5 tsp
- sugar - 1 tsp
- milk - 1.5 cups (1 cup = 250 ml)
- flour - 1 cup
- grated cheese - 150 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- oil - 2 tbsp
- dill, parsley - optional
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar and salt into a fluffy mass, pour milk, add sifted flour and baking powder, and mix to avoid lumps.
2. Then add grated cheese, herbs and oil and mix well with a whisk.
3. Fry on a well-heated frying pan on both sides.
Cheese pancakes are especially good when they are hot. Serve them with sour cream or cream cheese.
