If you want to make a delicious and light salad, choose red fish, fresh cucumbers, boiled eggs, and sour cream or yogurt sauce instead of mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs (boiled)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 150 g of lightly salted fish

Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp. Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. mustard seeds
  • lemon juice
  • salt

Method of preparation:

1. Dice all ingredients and mix in a bowl.

2. For the dressing: add mustard seeds, lemon and salt to the Greek yogurt, mix well.

3. Dress the salad.
