Method of preparation:
1. Chop the mushrooms and onions, fry until golden brown and let cool.
2. Cut the chicken into pieces.
3. Boil the eggs and grate the yolk and white separately.
4. Grate the cheese.
5. Put a mold in a plate and put the salad in layers: mushrooms - mayonnaise, cheese - mayonnaise, chicken - mayonnaise, anise - mayonnaise, egg white - egg yolk.
