Ingredients:
- tartlets
- beetroot
- garlic + mayonnaise
- herring fillet
- lettuce leaves (to keep the tartlets crispy longer)
Method of preparation:
1. Boil beets, grate them, add mayonnaise and garlic, and mix.
2. Put a lettuce leaf on top of the tartlets. Then add beets, a piece of herring and mustard on top.
