Tastier than cheese cakes: healthy cottage cheese casserole without sugar and flour
Only a flavorful cottage cheese casserole without flour can be better than syrnyki. To make it fluffy and successful, cooks advise adding semolina to the base.
Food blogger Anastasia shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious cottage cheese casserole with semolina and flourless, which is soft and airy.
Ingredients:
- 400-500 g of cottage cheese 9%
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp. l. semolina
- 2 tsp of honey (or any other sweetener)
- a pinch of vanilla
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and semolina with a spoon or whisk in a blender. Leave to stand for 10 minutes to allow the semolina to swell.
2. Put the base in the mold, and bake for 30-25 minutes at 180 C in the oven (convection mode).
Serve with sour cream!
