Ingredients:
- 300 g of chicken + 300 g of beef
- egg – 1 pc.
- onion – 1 pc.
- boiled rice – 300 g
- spices
Method of preparation:
1. Add boiled rice, egg, grated onion, and spices to the minced meat and mix well.

2. Form meatballs and fry in a frying pan on both sides until golden brown, transfer to a baking dish and pour over the sauce made from sour cream 100 g + tomato paste 2 tbsp + flour 1 tbsp + water 300 ml + smoked paprika.

3. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
