Potatoes and any kind of meat are the perfect combination of products for preparing hearty and tasty dishes. The simplest is stewed potatoes with meat and vegetables, which will be not only a budget-friendly but also a very satisfying lunch or dinner option.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious potatoes with chicken, spices and cream sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 2-3 pcs.
- Potatoes – 1300 g
- Cream 20% – 200 ml
- Water – 1 liter
- Salt, spices
- Butter
- Fresh herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet, add spices, mix, and let the meat marinate.
2. Fry the meat in a frying pan until golden brown.
3. Chop the potatoes, put them in a saucepan, add the meat, water, spices, and simmer under the lid.
4. Put everything in a casserole dish, add cream and simmer in the oven.
Sprinkle with herbs before serving!
