Stewed cabbage with vegetables and meat: A recipe by Hector Jimenez-Bravo
Cabbage stew can be the perfect dish for lunch and dinner. To make the dish flavorful, add spices. To make it hearty, add meat and vegetables.
- Meat - 500 g
- Cabbage - 700 gr
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Tomato - 1 pc.
- Salt, pepper, greens - to taste
- Oil for frying
- Cold water - 1 cup
1. Fry the meat using oil until crusted.
2. Add the onions and carrots. Fry the mixture for a few more minutes.
3. Add finely chopped tomatoes, cabbage, a glass of cold water, salt and pepper. Stew the dish for 15-20 minutes under a closed lid.
