Cook Olena shared on Instagram a recipe for a flavorful, light orange pie that will turn out to be lush and successful.
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 150 g
- Sour cream - 100 g (15%)
- Butter - 100 g
- Flour - 200 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Oranges - 2-3 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add sugar, sour cream and butter, mix and add flour, baking powder and orange zest.
2. Cut the oranges into slices.
3. Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle the bottom of the dish with powdered sugar, put the chopped oranges on top, and pour the batter.
4. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 30-35 minutes.
