Tip: to keep the cheesecakes in shape and not burn, add one egg to the base!

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese – 220 g
  • hard cheese – 100 g
  • eggs – 1 pc.
  • flour – 1.5 tbsp.
  • herbs

Method of preparation:

1. Grate cheese, add cottage cheese, mix with a fork.

2. Add the egg, chopped herbs, flour and mix.

3. Form the cheesecakes and fry on both sides.

Serve hot, it will be delicious with sour cream!
