Cheesecakes can be an ideal breakfast dish. It is worth noting that they can be made not only sweet but also savory with hard cheese and herbs.

Tip: to keep the cheesecakes in shape and not burn, add one egg to the base!
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 220 g
- hard cheese – 100 g
- eggs – 1 pc.
- flour – 1.5 tbsp.
- herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Grate cheese, add cottage cheese, mix with a fork.
2. Add the egg, chopped herbs, flour and mix.
3. Form the cheesecakes and fry on both sides.
Serve hot, it will be delicious with sour cream!
