All children are very fond of sweets, and candies are the most popular. However, store-bought sweets are harmful because they are made with dyes and sweeteners. Therefore, it is best for children to make homemade, safe sweets from berry and fruit puree, coconut flakes, and dried fruit.

Cook Anna shared a recipe for safe fruit puree candies with gelatin on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of fruit/berry puree
  • 40 g of gelatin + 150 ml of water
  • 2-2.5 tbsp. honey

Method of preparation:

1. Pour gelatin into cold water and leave to swell for 10-15 minutes.

2. Beat berries or any fruit in a blender and rub the skin off them through a sieve.

3. Add honey, heat, add the swollen gelatin and stir to melt.

4. Fill either one large mold or small molds with the jelly mass and refrigerate to stabilize for 4 hours.

Take out the candies out and you can eat!
