If you want to really surprise your guests with an exquisite and tasty dish, make beetroot ravioli. All you need to do is boil or bake it, and cheese will be enough for the filling.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious beet appetizer stuffed with cottage cheese, prunes, and nuts.

Ingredients:

  • boiled beets
  • cheese (feta type)
  • melted cream cheese
  • prunes
  • spices, as desired and to taste
  • nuts

Method of preparation:

1. For the filling: mix the feta, processed cheese (you can do without it), prune slices, spices.

2. Boil the beetroot, cut it so that you get a "pocket".

3. Fill each one generously with the filling and roll in chopped nuts.

4. Put the arugula on a dish, beetroot on it and, if desired, pour balsamic sauce or sprinkle with a mixture of seeds.
