Ingredients:

  • oat flakes - 1 tbsp.
  • flour - 1 to 3 spoons
  • apple - 1 pc.
  • kefir - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - a pinch
  • baking powder or soda - 0,5 tsp.
  • sugar - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Pour the oatmeal in the kefir and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
