Cook Tatiana shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious oatmeal pancakes, with apple and kefir.
Tip: For a fluffy batter, add baking powder to the base!
Ingredients:
- oat flakes - 1 tbsp.
- flour - 1 to 3 spoons
- apple - 1 pc.
- kefir - 1 tbsp.
- salt - a pinch
- baking powder or soda - 0,5 tsp.
- sugar - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the oatmeal in the kefir and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
2. Add salt, sugar, baking soda, egg and grated apple, mix, add flour if the dough will be liquid.
3. Spoon the batter into a pan and fry on both sides until cooked.
